your warranty department cover the cost of the recent repair since the car was CPO? I understand that it was a 4 days after the CPO expired, so it is possible that it will not be covered, but I was told that there would be a reply to my request a couple of times.
In the past, this dealership was very prompt with answering phone calls, completing service, and making sure that the loaner cars were in good shape. In the last 18 months, it has taken upwards of 3 days for routine care, loaner cars have issues (no windshield wiper on the driver's side, under inflated tires); slow reply to calls about vehicle status (sometimes over a day). I should add that the service people I have met with -- Nick Sullivan and Yordanys Perez-- have been personable and knowledgable.
I would recommend the old service center, which is why I continue to come here. I would not recommend the service center of the last 18 months.
