This is the worst dealership ever and everybody has an attitude. I called this dealership for 3 weeks straight and nobody answered the phone and they took my phone number and told me they'd call me back a attitude. I asked to speak to a manager several times and the manager was never available to speak. The day I walked in for my appointment there was like seven people sitting in a circle talking not even working. When I bought this car it was promised to warranty for my tires but now that it's a new dealership they don't have records of anything so I had to spend $250 on one tire it's always something with this dealership. The first car I bought was used I bought it cash at the end of the night and I was 8 months pregnant and it started raining and I flew off the road because the tires were bald they told me that it wasn't their problem and that it was one point lower than what they would have to change the tires. The second car I bought had some recall and it started smoking. The third car I bought I bought it at night again and it was pouring rain and they assured me that the exterior of the car was fine when I got home there was a huge dent in the back it had been in an accident that they didn't tell me about and I didn't do anything about it I was stuck with the car. This time I got a car and they lied to me they told me Ihave warranties that I don't have. They also promised all these oil changes for free but every time you call for an appointment they don't have one for 2 months. I will never ever buy another car from Hollywood Kia like ever and I don't recommend it to anybody. The only time you get any service is when they're trying to sell you something More

Hello, I bought a Kia Sportage car from this dealer and really regretted it, sevis bottom. I called Kia and said that I had an overdue oil and filter change, they said you can come without an appointment, really regretted it, sevis bottom. I was without a car all day and arrived at the service center at 4:30 pm. I cried, this manager yelled and said that he would call the police.. This is the customer focus from Kia Holywood. I went to the sales office, I paid, and the service had to be urgent for me, since I was leaving for another state and couldn’t wait 3 weeks for my appointment, the sales manager asked them to make an appointment the next day, Saturday at 8 am... I hear I change the oil and filter in a bad mood and cry in the Kia and spend more than 12 hours for oil and filter change. More

Kia receptionists don’t answer the phone. Stayed on the line for two hours and they didn’t pick up, nor do they return voice mails. I had to drive there to make a maintenance appointment. The service department also does not answer calls. The service department is disorganized and could not locate my car for two days after I had it towed there. They said my car would be fixed in two days, and it wasn’t ready for eight days. Terrible service. More
