I've been through this process a few times in the past and I want to say that this is the most comfortable and pleasant experience I've had yet. My girlfriend bought the sante fe and traded in her domestic vehicle. The sales team was very knowledgable and made the buying process easy and transparent. I did do homework on the vehicle history and rating and I look forward to many more years of friendly, reliable and great service.
