Jenna is an amazing "newbie" to sales, She is very friendly, making you feel right at home and her knowledge of Hyundai vehicles is very impressive. The Finance Manager, Will Mears, was very helpful with the financing and discussing the details of each component of the purchase with both my daughter and I. Although our experience with the Sales Manager, Marshall Somerville, was post-delivery he too is great. Everyone at this Dealership is very friendly and helpful, they all seem to love their jobs and have a lot of fun. We received great service and deals on cars that we both love and had fun getting. I had contacted the dealership through email to "inquire" about looking at a possible trade-in on my 2011 Sante Fe - as I was looking at downsizing to the Tucson... Within that same day I was contacted by Chantelle by email - and was interested in setting up an appointment to review my options for the trade in.. We set the appointment date - I took the Tucson for a test drive - and was definitely interested in making a deal .. We went back to the show-room where I had discussed vehicle options with both Marshall - and Chantelle ( preference of color,, details & vehicle features that were important to me as a driver,, trade-in allowance & new finance options ) - after confirming that there was a vehicle that was what I was interested in & it could be shipped here to GP,, financing terms were within my budget - I was definitely I was committed to the purchase .... This has been the second vehicle that I have purchased through GP Hyundai - and the great sales staff ( Chantelle,Marshall,,Will,, & Corey ) have continued to prove why they are the best at what they do - and I would definitely refer all of the team there to my friends / family for them to experieince the same exceptional service that I continue to receive ..
