It had all the bells and whistles and luxuries but it wasn't for me. Finally, a week ago I got a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra and have been smiling ever since. As Melody was not available that day, another sales person helped me out. The only negative is that he did not give me an Elantra Booklet where I could see the specifications for each model. Had I known that the model I purchased did not have a back-up camera, I would have purchased one model up to get this feature. However I love my car and am so pleased to be back driving a Hyundai! More

The power is adequate, it's comfortable, quiet, and is sleek inside and out. Plenty of room for my family and storage space. This is something that I will continue to drive for the rest of my life. I also have to add the team at Grande Prairie Hyundai are amazing, its nice walking into a place where the workers are full of smiles, along with great service. More

At A Loss For Words - Amanda When I first called Hyundai for a car, I had just gotten my new job, and Jenna did everything she could to try and get me into a car. Well, it just wa When I first called Hyundai for a car, I had just gotten my new job, and Jenna did everything she could to try and get me into a car. Well, it just wasn't the right time!! So, when I was ready, I emailed her, and she directed me to Melody. Melody (in fact the whole team there) was just so wonderful to work with. Once I had all my paperwork in, i was expecting to have to wait a bit, but its been less than a week and I'm now in my new to me car! I couldn't have asked for something better. They kept me within my budget and I got an AMAZING deal from them! I was so excited the night before I went in to pick it up, and I had actually had a bad day at work, but when i stepped into the office with Kerry, she had me laughing, grinning from ear to ear, and even crying (the good tears). They made this so simple for me, handled my barrage of questions throughout the whole process amazingly, they always responded to my calls and emails as soon as they could! Jenna, thank you so much for all your hard work and help before you went on your mat leave. Melody, thank you for being just as excited as I am about getting me into a safer, much nicer ride! Kerry, I'm still laughing and smiling about the time i spent filling out paperwork with you and going over the details.
