Amazing experience!! I had a bad experience back in November with a different dealer. When Cordell found out he contacted me to help me out. He got me out of my old vehicl I had a bad experience back in November with a different dealer. When Cordell found out he contacted me to help me out. He got me out of my old vehicle which was clunking and made me feel unsafe to drive and into a brand new vehicle!!! I felt comfortable driving away in my new elantra knowing that if I have any issues I can always contact him and he would help me fix any problems I had. I also met with Ryan and Will who throughout the process were very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. My first time buying a car was a really terrible experience but the guys at Hyundai really helped to make the second time a great one. I'll be sticking with this group for sure and will be recommending them to friends and family. More

Friendly and patient service! I had exceptional customer service at GP Hyundai. I was upset about the loss of my previous car to an accident and completely unsure about what I want I had exceptional customer service at GP Hyundai. I was upset about the loss of my previous car to an accident and completely unsure about what I wanted for a new vehicle. Kaitlyn was very friendly and attentive as soon as I stepped into the dealership. She was patient and helpful in narrowing down vehicle choices and taking me for test drives, answering my many questions and providing very practical advice. Will was wonderful when dealing with how to finance my new purchase. He was very understanding about my uncertainty in length of term and payment amounts each month and provided all sorts of numbers for me to look over and choose from so I felt I had all the knowledge I needed to work out my budget and make my final decision. He didn't pressure me and made it clear I could contact him anytime I wanted to talk further. Ryan handled the final paperwork and was incredibly friendly and thorough in his explanations of warranty, etc. I also met with Alyssa briefly to set up my appointment for my first service in a few months. She was very enthusiastic and informative about everything from the best way to change my appointment if I will need to where I should park when I come in. It's those little things that make me feel comfortable with GP Hyundai! I walked out feeling like I got an excellent deal and knowing I can still go back and get assistance anytime I have concerns. Upgraded my Genesis I found the sales department very willing to negotiate and understand my wants and needs in my vehicle. This started with Chase and Meaghan allowing m I found the sales department very willing to negotiate and understand my wants and needs in my vehicle. This started with Chase and Meaghan allowing me to test drive a variety of vehicles to make sure a new Genesis was the right car for me. It continued with Will trying to make the cost match what I could spend until we came to an agreement that saw both parties satisfied. Overall I am happy with my experience with Grande Prairie Hyundai and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there in the future. More
