Welcome to Heritage Toyota! My name is Tyber Longacre, and I'm excited to help you select the perfect vehicle for your needs. I am new to the Toyota sales team, but that doesn't mean I don't prioritize a respectful and professional experience when working with you. I am an avid outdoorsman; backcountry snowboarding and playing hockey in the winter, hiking and rock climbing in the warmer months. I am originally from California, but fell in love with the East Coast and am proud to call Vermont my home. I studied photography at Syracuse University in 2016 and moved here after graduating. My favorite car is the Toyota Rav4, with its balance of off-road and winter capabilities, fuel economy, and cargo space. I just bought my first Toyota - a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid - from Heritage. Tyber was absolutely great to work with. Though he is new to Heritage, he was well versed in their vehicles. From the get-go, Tyber w from Heritage. Tyber was absolutely great to work with. Though he is new to Heritage, he was well versed in their vehicles. From the get-go, Tyber was interested in what I wanted in the vehicle- not what he wanted to try and sell. I had several questions about the RAV4 Hybrid and if he didn't readily know the answer, he found out well before we left. Once we decided to buy, we did have a short wait for the car to be delivered to the dealership- but Tyber stayed in contact with us until the car arrived. Even now, after driving off the lot, he has checked in to ensure our satisfaction...and answer more of my questions! Tyber (and the Finance managers) made this whole car purchasing process a painless experience. More

From phone calls on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm to driving off the lot on Wednesday, we found Joe Mount professional and knowledgeable. Joe helped us out from start to finish. With an easy going way, he professionally explained the process, answered our questions, and always asked if we had more questions. We appreciated his communication each time he needed to leave us for a few minutes. He offered a phone charging cord while we waited and willingly took a photo of us with the new car before we left. Joe worked through our “wish list” and made sure we left happy with our Heritage purchase. Not just “Red Carpet service” but “platinum” we’d call it! Note: We chose to drive 5 hours from Maine to work with Joe at Heritage. Worth it! More
