Never deal with Crestview in Regina if you can avoid it! They tried to rip me off for over $1,700 in a very dirty deal that they later claimed was a "miscommunication". Lots of backtracking on their part which they only did because I called them out on what they were trying to do. Good thing I know how to stand up for myself and I walked away with paying for only 2 hours of diagnostics, which was what I had expected originally. Every time I have to deal with them for a recall or something my regular service provider cannot do they try to use scare tactics to get more things fixed when it is not necessary. This time I will be escalating this experience to the owners of Crestview so they know what is going on over there. Talking to the service manager is like talking to a game show host. Horrible experience that I did not need during a very high stress time in my life. Shame on them for what they tried to do. More

Worst dealership I have been at. Bought a brand new vehicle have issues with it already. Once they stay on permently than you have a problem and they would have to look in to it. Service manager also talked to me like I was stupid and didn't know anything!! Service advisor had no clue as to what he was talking about. Sales manager never called back as he promised that day. Wish I had never bought another vehicle from them. Will never recommend them or go back there again. Once you buy a vehicle and walk out the door they don't care about you at all. More

Robin met us at the door, we came to ask about the towing capacity of our Jeep Cherokee Sport. Robin was helpful in advising us that it couldn't tow what we wanted.
