I would never have guessed that I’d be buying a car from a dealer ten hours away in the next province over, sight unseen. Now that I have, I can say that it was an easier, friendlier, simpler experience from start to finish than my last three cars from dealerships locally. Maybe I didn’t know how nice car buying could be before! Everyone was personable on the phone (Leah made the paperwork process simple, and Trevor was upbeat and helpful) and responsive by texts; Kaelinn made me a personal walkaround video of the car to admire while I awaited the delivery day I had chosen, and went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless and I got comfortably transitioned into my new car. Plus they gave me a great desl on my trade. When I am in the market again, I’ll look here first just because I know I will be well taken care of. It was just… really friendly, but still professionally efficient, help without any pressure, just finding out what I wanted and then making it happen. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Logan was helpful, considerate, and made us feel comfortable. At no point did we feel pressured.
