Refused to sell me a truck because quote " the gm is driving it". My response "he can drive any vehicle here." " he has to drive the best vehicle on the lot and therefore it is not for sale. Come back i driving it". My response "he can drive any vehicle here." " he has to drive the best vehicle on the lot and therefore it is not for sale. Come back in a few weeks when a better one comes in and the we will sell it to you". What kind of gm won't sell a vehicle to a serious buyer. Will never go back and don't recommend this dealership to anyone More

I built my Tacoma online printed it off and then brought it into the dealership where I sat down with Kendra the sales lady I was working with. We went over the options that I had picked out and Kendra del it into the dealership where I sat down with Kendra the sales lady I was working with. We went over the options that I had picked out and Kendra deleted the some of the the options that were already on the main package I had picked out. like floor mates, mud flaps Etc. I am guessing that in that prosses the main package I wanted on this truck got deleted and I only got the side items I had ordered. I didn't notice tell I was home that I could not find the heated seats button and on investigation found that all items that were on the package I wanted were not there. The part that bothers me most is the fact that after talking to Kendra about this the next day and she said she would look into it and get back to me but never did, nor did the general manager Tom Findley after leaving him a couple messages as well asking him to call me back. I plan on going in person and talking to them when I get the chance. After buying our car from here 6 months earlier and having good experience with the dealership I thought the least they could do would be to call me back now that there was an issue. I still would like some response, I have gave them plenty of time to respond now before writing this review. More

St. Cloud Toyota is amazing and everyone has been literally my family growing up and you can see how hard everyone works and there definitely no pressure on purchasing and very confident on answering literally my family growing up and you can see how hard everyone works and there definitely no pressure on purchasing and very confident on answering any questions customers may have. The service department is also amazing and no pressure on getting things fixed when it’s not necessary… St. Cloud Toyota service department isn’t here to make money, they are definitely here for the customers and what they want and truly listen to the customers needs and wants. More
