Ultimately, BCS car sales did not do well by me. I don’t think I can even justify to give them even one star after what happened. I went to this dealership for a vehicle and decided after a test dr I don’t think I can even justify to give them even one star after what happened. I went to this dealership for a vehicle and decided after a test drive on Tuesday that I would probably want to get this car. The sales person and the finance manager agreed that I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle for me as I was having to go away for a week the next day. A SOLD sign was placed on the vehicle with my name on it to be sure that it was clear to everyone working there that the vehicle had been spoken for and not be sold to someone else by mistake. Arrangements were made that my parents would be going to the dealership on the next Monday to also test drive the car and check it out for me while I was away which they did. The SOLD sign was again placed back in the window of the vehicle and clearly visible. It was communicated to me and a time confirmed with me by the finance manager on Tuesday that I would return to the dealership on that Thursday in order to purchase the vehicle. On the Thursday morning as I was getting ready to leave I received a message that the sales manager needed to speak to me about something. I called him back as I was on the way to the dealership to purchase the car. To my absolute surprise and absolute disbelief I was told that this vehicle had been sold. Sad to say, IMO, this is very unethical, not good business practice, a waste of my time and effort. Although there is more to add here, I think I’ve made the point of what needs to be said to understand about the disappointing and stressful experience that went down with this dealership and it’s employees that I dealt with. Not impressed! More

I think all the salespeople share the commissions so if one is off for the day or off for lunch and you need anything ,they chip in quickly and are very willing to help you as if you were their very own client. This was the third car we bought from them and each time we bought, we compared similar cars, and theirs were always lower in price, in better condition (inside and out) and with lower mileage too. Being from out of town I did quite a bit of online research looking for a Ford Fusion hybrid and BCS had the best one that ticked all the boxes. I've bought a few cars from used car lots and had my guard up going in but I can honestly say I'm 100% happy with my decision. My sales associate, Michael Young, and the manager, James Henderson went above and beyond to make certain that I was totally comfortable with my purchase. I went back and forth with Michael online about all my questions and concerns and he had all the answers and if he didn't, he found them and at no time did I ever feel rushed to make a decision. What they said they would do they delivered on, no surprises, I don't think I've ever said that when buying from a car lot. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, they would be my first stop, Thanks again guys, I LOVE the car!! More
