WEBB CHEVY IN OAK LAWN SELLS SALVAGED VEHICLES! I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership on 4/12/24. The salesman, Connor, went over the Carfax report and confirmed multiple times tha I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership on 4/12/24. The salesman, Connor, went over the Carfax report and confirmed multiple times that the car was never totaled or salvaged. I was also told I would be obtaining the warranty that transfers from the previous owner. I found out less than 24 hrs later from Tesla that the car I purchased from Webb Chevy is in fact totaled. I called Webb Chevy to ask why Tesla has the cars V.I.N. in their system at totaled and Webb Chevy has been ignoring my questions and have provided no further updates as to why they sold me a salvaged car. I decided to return the car at the dealership on Tuesday 4/16 due to the fact that the managers did not know how they had a salvaged car in their lot that they ultimately sold to me. The manager Chaz never once asked why I was returning the car. I had to go back to the dealership on 4/17 to demand my down payment back immediately which was sitting in the office. They never called me to pick up my check. The dealership obliged and handed me back my full refund and never once apologized or explained what happened. What an aweful experience. I now get knots in my stomach every time I drive past Webb Chevy. More

A Great experience at Webb Chevrolet! I just bought a new 2024 Chevy Blazer, and I couldn’t be happier. My salesman Connor Booth is the best! Very informative and very respectful. The whole transaction start to finish was about 3 hours. Connor was super helpful throughout the process, always checking on me and my partner his clients. Connor made sure we both were treated right, from starting the process until finish. He made sure we left happy and with our new vehicle.
