Certified Used Toyota Venza My wife and I were searching for a 2010 Toyota Venza with low miles. We found exactly what we wanted at Charlesglen Toyota. When we contacted Charlesg My wife and I were searching for a 2010 Toyota Venza with low miles. We found exactly what we wanted at Charlesglen Toyota. When we contacted Charlesglen to enquire about the car, we spoke to Vira Ventskovska who became our Product Advisor. We drove in, took the car for a test drive, and ultimately purchased it. Vira was wonderful to work with. Paddy Phelan (Used Vehicle Sales Manager) ordered new tires for the car as they had 57,000 Km. on them, and then he put it through the shop to make certain that everything met their high standards. Once home we noticed a scrape on the bumper. I contacted Paddy and he put it back in the shop, it was buffed and re-painted. The car looks like new and we love it. A big bouquet to everyone we dealt with - friendly, customer service oriented, and we were left with a good over-all experience. More
