I wish we had a dealership like this closer to Tampa. With hurricanes depleting inventory on the east coast of Florida, I had to search for a replacement of my expedition (purchased only 6 mo. earlier) over 200 miles from home. Thomas and John teamed up and made the process go so smooth. Everything done in advance. No last minute surprises, add on, or negotiating. We made the 179 mile drive from Tampa to St Augustine, took a 30 min test drive on the freeway to confirm the Expedition operated as should be expected,(not like the one we purchased 6 mo. earlier that turned out to have major issues the day we purchased and drove it home on the freeway above 70mph and Ford was buying back) signed the documents, had lunch at the Ford Garage restaurant at the dealership, and headed back to Tampa. As much as I dread that drive on I4 & I95, I would do it again to purchase my next vehicle from a dealership that treats their customers so wonderful. Thanks to Thomas for making the sun shine for me after a 6 mo. nightmare. More
