Deal negotiation and setting a trade-in value ae accomplished with respect and courtesy. Our service center experience with the previous car was excellent. Basically there's no reason to go elsewhere! I found David "Griz" very friendly and easy to work with, and efficient as well using email and texts to help communicate through busy days. We shifted to a Forestor this time, trading in a Crosstrek, to give my husband more headroom and a bit more cargo space.
