A simple $2.60 Part Luther Nissan / Kia in Inver Grove Heights, What a Crock. Went there to order a simple part and was told by the parts guys I needed to make an appoin Luther Nissan / Kia in Inver Grove Heights, What a Crock. Went there to order a simple part and was told by the parts guys I needed to make an appointment with the Service Department. For a $2.60 part. Well Guess what, I called Barnett up in White Bear and in less than 5 minutes they had the part ordered and will call me when it is arrives in a couple days. Guess where my business is going from now on. Several bad experiences at Luther and will never return. Don't recommend this place to anyone. More

Great Buying Experience Scott had the car ready for a test drive, and when we returned had all the paperwork ready. We were able to put down a small amout to hold the car unt Scott had the car ready for a test drive, and when we returned had all the paperwork ready. We were able to put down a small amout to hold the car until we could finish using our tradein, and then the purchase was smooth as glass. Would recommend as a low preasure dealer any time. More
