You may or may not remember me. We have met throughout the years at events around town and at the dealership. If memory serves me, the first time was at the Erie Yacht Club around 1995 when I was working with the late J. G. Ashby, of J. G. Ashby Advertising, Inc. He was the Commodore at the time. Over the past 18 years, I have purchased 7 new cars at Bianchi Honda, totaling over 200K and have given countless referrals and praise to my salesman and Bianchi Honda. Also my friends and extended family have purchased many Honda’s over the years. The Service department is 5 stars. I just wanted to reach out and express how disappointed/concerned I am with the last conversation I had with my salesman, on August 17th 2024. And again October 1st, 2024. Something has changed in the New Car Sales department. - My salesman has always been knowledgeable and professional over the years and we have always been able to work out a deal. A fair deal. Not this time. After my many years of loyalty to him and Bianchi Honda…. there was no deal to be made. The price he gave me was higher than the MSRP. That has never happened before. Maybe he was having a bad day? Is he being instructed to sell in a new way? There was no attempt to negotiate. Just the words “call me anytime, if you want me to run some numbers”. Has the quality of salesmanship and “customer satisfaction” degraded to a level that I must speak up and express my disappointment? Say it isn’t so. Is Bianchi willing to let loyal customers go elsewhere? My loyalty means nothing? I hope not. Years ago you sold the Nissan dealership to Joe Bizzarro. To focus on Bianchi Honda. You have built a fantastic, respected, award winning dealership on the philosophy of “Customer Satisfaction”. I’m not blaming anyone individually. But it seems the mission statement of your dealership has changed. Your high level of customer satisfaction and reputation are at risk. I wanted to bring this to your attention. Please, help right this ship. I want to be proud of being a part of the Bianchi Honda Family for years to come. But that is In Jeopardy. Thank you Respectfully, Eugene Kurtic More
