Tanisha was extremely helpful and has amazing customer service! I came in with a few options of what I wanted and she was extremely thorough and overall a great help. I ended up walking away with a 2022 H service! I came in with a few options of what I wanted and she was extremely thorough and overall a great help. I ended up walking away with a 2022 Honda civic sport which she drove all the the way to Elizabeth City just for me to have the car that same night. Tanisha was so understanding, down to earth, and intelligent for someone like me who was buying their first car. My sister's Honda CRV was stolen a month ago so we came back to Hall Honda to get a replacement. The agent we were to meet was busy with other customers so we were fortunate to have T take over. Our initial experience upon arrival was not great. We looked at some used vehicles but were taken aback by not feeling like it mattered much that we were there. T, who we originally had an appointment with had been busy with another customer. We were ready to leave, feeling our business didn’t matter. T introduced herself and immediately was responsive and professional. We ended up purchasing a new 2025 Pilot that we are thrilled with. T’s energy and attentiveness is why we are driving a Honda and not a Highlander. She deserves a gold star and others should take lessons on adjusting their sales style to suit the customer.
