I was shown the options that applied to my budget and was given the pros/cons of them. When I did make my choice, things moved along quickly and we added on some protection that suited my lifestyle (rust proofing, rubberized covering for gravel roads, and stain resistant seat coverage for pets). What sets her apart from many other sales people in the automotive business is: 1) ongoing commun sold/leased 4 vehicles (so far) to my wife and I. What sets her apart from many other sales people in the automotive business is: 1) ongoing communication with her customers, even after the sale of the vehicle has been made, 2) her genuine attitude towards her clients (many sales people in the car business lose interest in their clients once the sale has been made, which is not the case with Sylvia), 3) good deals on selling/leasing vehicles, and 4) selling a superior product, Toyota vehicles. She certainly deserves a 5 star rating in all aspects: she is a great sales person! I am looking forward to her selling/leasing more vehicles to my family. More

Sylvia has helped us with our last two car purchases and she is a professional through and through! Our pick-up of our new Rav 4 was on one of the snowy Saturdays this winter - ice, snow and cold. Roads were bad and traffic slow into the city and Sylvia was there and the car warm and ready to go with a full tank of gas! She had braved the elements so we could take delivery on time. She is friendly and helpful through the whole process and event synced my phone to the bluetooth for me - loved that!
