My wi Just leased 2016 RAV4. This is the 3rd leased Toyota vehicle from ToyotaTown...2010 Corolla (which we bought out after the lease) and 2012 RAV4. My wife and I were very pleased with the call from Sylvia Donovan to come in and review our lease on the 2012 RAV4 and opportunities to lease a new 2016 vehicle. Sylvia was very knowledgeable in all areas of leasing (and purchasing) a new vehicle and answered all our questions promptly and effectively. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with Sylvia in leasing our new RAV4. Sylvia was very professional, thorough, and had a great personality. We also spoke to Financial Manager (Nicole Levasseur) who was also very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with the completion of the lease. Also want to mention the receptionist (Jackie Cameron). You certainly have the best person at this position who will be meeting customers for the first time. We looked at vehicles and spoke with Sylvia on a Saturday and picked up our new RAV4 on Tuesday in time for our trip to Florida (the vehicle ran perfectly all the way to Florida). All in all, Sheila and I are very pleased with our new RAV4, and meeting a very competent and personable team at ToyotaTown (Sylvia and Nicole). We downsized from our Highlander as we no longer require the 3rd row of seats and extra cargo space. She suggested we look at the Venza, and we are very happy with it. I did have a 1969 Toyota Corona. I have driven many fine cars in the past including Volvo, BMW, Jaguar, Rover, Porsche and 6 Mercedes. We also had 2 Lexus RX 350's one of which was traded in for the Highlander. I found the dealership to be very honest and professional. The sales rep, Sylvia Donovan, was particularly pivotal in my choice of buying the Highlander. She was very friendly and honest. Moreover she was knowledgeable, resourceful and punctual. My overall impression of the purchase was very positive and I would highly recommend it to every serious buyer. As we were away a lot, we had only put on just a little over 1,000 km on the car so I couldn't say much about the long term driving impression. However, so far, it has been a great SUV in terms of driving comfort, road holding and dependability. More
