Had service appt at 1130, show up tad early, was told about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another app about an hour behimd schedule. What is the point of an appt if not seen at scheduled time? Had to reschedule because that interfered with another appt. I would think if that far behind, one would be notified. I usually do this on my lunch hour and drive from okmulgee. Very disappointed.
