Steve (Hoath) was my first point of contact at Crestview and he didn't give up on looking for ways for me to get a really nice vehicle.. I found him to be very pleasant, kind, understanding, and very professional. Cameron (Clarkson) finalised the sale for me, guided me through every step of the process, explained to me the advantages of the choices they made behind their offer, and even took the time to listen to personal stories, even sharing his own. Never did I ever feel that I was being pushed into getting the deal at Crestview. They respected my space to think, made me feel that there is no wrong decision whether I decide to get the vehicle or I choose to decline. Overall, it was a topnotch experience and I am extremely glad that I did business with this company! Thank you very, very much! More

unsatisfied, disrespected of my vehicle I came to this dealership to look at trading my truck off. The thing that made me most unhappy and made me decide to take my buisness somewhere else w I came to this dealership to look at trading my truck off. The thing that made me most unhappy and made me decide to take my buisness somewhere else was the disrespect of my vehicle from who took it for an assessment drive. I was not informed they would be taking my vehicle out for a test once i seen that they were so I had went outside. As they were leaving the lot I witnessed and heard them spinning my tires and continued to spin and squeel for a good quarter of a block. I understand that a vehicle needs an assessment of some harder driving but not like what i saw and heard. I was very unhappy and annoyed that they had disrespected my vehicle cause at the time its still mine and immediately decided to take my buisness elsewhere. More

We came into Crestview after finding a specific vehicle online. Our salesman (Steve) was super friendly and informative. The other sales ppl that weren't dealing with us were also very friendly as well - sparking up conversation about the vehicle and helping me with a few questions that popped up while my husband was dealing with Steve. Once, the dealing was done, we spent some time with Melissa in finance and she did a fantastic job explaining the additional warranty that could be purchased (which we highly recommend as we needed it about 10 days into our purchase!). And, Marino added some comical insight and a few good chuckles:) Our overall experience was very positive and we highly recommend the dealership! More

amazing dealership when buying a new car and amazing staff I wanted to buy a new car but needed to trade my car in as I had a high interest rate on my car. The staff at crestview chrysler got me in a new vehic I wanted to buy a new car but needed to trade my car in as I had a high interest rate on my car. The staff at crestview chrysler got me in a new vehicle with an amazing interest rate. Steve, and Marcus were very amazing to work with at this process and fought hard to get me in the vechicle I wanted and we're there every step of the way to answer any questions I had and kept me in the loop of what was being done. If anyone needs a new vehicle please go see these two guys as they will make sure your looked after in the best care possible and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. More
