Thankfully my husband found the listing at Toyota Town! There it was - our 'new' 2012 Prius V (in red, no less!) clearly listed with all the amenities we were looking for and even some surprising extras! An email sent out over the weekend by us was quickly and professionally responded to by Tara Shepherd, the Customer Care Department specialist. Tara linked us with Product Advisor, Stephanie Davis, who I requested through her glowing recommendations found here on these reviews. We drove that evening to the dealership and we were NOT disappointed as Stephanie identified our needs immediately, worked tirelessly for our offer (even past closing time!), and successfully landed us a deal that we were more than pleased to receive from Jackie Vera in Finance.
