I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased my vehicle there. My new vehicle came damaged. It took multiple tries to repair it. More damage was made during the repair process as well. I never even heard a sorry. It seemed as though everything was my fault. No responsibility from the side of ERIN PARK Lexus! The owners of the dealership are not professional, so I guess all starts there. I could name everybody involved but no need. If you are a smart person and you have read this, AVOID ERIN PARK Lexus at all costs! KEN SHAW LEXUS or DON VALLEY PARKWAY LEXUS is the way to go! More

Quoted Price Not Honoured 2wks Later - Abdul 2009 LX570 Ultra Premium Package Abdul gave us a great price. When we finally compared all our quotes & who we wanted to deal with, we called him ba 2009 LX570 Ultra Premium Package Abdul gave us a great price. When we finally compared all our quotes & who we wanted to deal with, we called him back to order 2 weeks later & he would not honour his original quote. High pressure sales tactics. Go with someone else. We went to Northwest Lexus. Francesco Policaro himself gave us the best no haggle price & honoured it a month later! Even if the floor model was no longer in the showroom. He ordered us a new one customized for the same price originally quoted. Too bad. We were long-time customers at ErinPark Toyota. More

Exceptional Service I have known Sid since 1997. He and Stacey Cohen are responsible for my continued patronage at this dealership. They go out for their way to earn and I have known Sid since 1997. He and Stacey Cohen are responsible for my continued patronage at this dealership. They go out for their way to earn and retain my business; no higher praise can be given than that. One can easily dismiss Stacey's actions for he is a co-owner. However, it takes special person to be able to deal with the public naturally and in a laid back manner. Sid's strength is his P.R. work. He knows and remembers his customers and that is the making of a successful Service Manager. It is a pity that the "shop" is located in a different building and hence unable to devote more time in the "front-shop", the only part of the service operation where the clients or in Lexus lingo "Guests" are in contact with. I have bought 5 cars (including a Toyota) from Siddiq and each time he has treated me without pressure, fairly and honestly. I told him that I expected him and the dealership to make money but not more than he would from his mother! I brought a friend to see Siddiq who was "interested" in buying a relatively lower end Toyota. The time and attention afforded by Siddiq to my friend who did not end up buying has to be commanded. It didn't matter whether one is potentially buying a Yaris or an LC, Siddiq will give one the same attention. More

My family away from my family! Since 2008, I purchased my first new Lexus from Siddiq Ahmed at Erin Park Lexus and it was no turning back. He gives the best deal from the start but Since 2008, I purchased my first new Lexus from Siddiq Ahmed at Erin Park Lexus and it was no turning back. He gives the best deal from the start but most importantly he treats my wife, kids, and myself like family post-sales. Little things like talking to us when we come in for servicing and providing my kids with the odd perk here and there everytime they visit. Fast forward to today - 4 additional Lexus vehicles purchased here, and the family interaction has grown not only with Siddiq, but with the rest of the staff including the owner (listed below).
