Phenomenal customer service from Giancarlos Chavez and Bang Bui from start to finish. Was worried because this is my third car that I purchased from them but the other 2 were under Ray Brandt. I never worry about the quality of work when dealing with Doug and his team. This alone is why I will continue business with the Mills group Toyota. The problem with my truck was not resolved. My truck still pulls to the right yet I was charged for the alignment that didn't fix the problem.
