I was sold an absolute lemon, then promised the service department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on i department would help me out (they did not) the vehicle i bought needs a whole new engine and I'm sure they new about this because the old codes on it were there when they would have had it. On top of that the day I bought it I had to take it back as the sun roof would not closed. It eats oil like no tomorrow, the passenger side doors both jammed and the dealership reluctantly fixed those. The more people I talk to the more I see what a terrible business this is.they have refused to do anything to help with this fiasco of a vehicle. I've tried and tried to get help from them and they refuse. I have had this vehicle about 9 months. They wouldn't take it back even within the first 2 weeks. They lied about how the financing works and the warranty. Really terrible experience. More

I recently had service done at the dealership. I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. It was a shift to park issue and the diagnosis ended up being clos I was extremely disappointed that there was a $180 charge to diagnose the vehicle. It was a shift to park issue and the diagnosis ended up being close to half of my bill. I know lots of places who waive it or some of it if you get it fixed there. I will be going elsewhere going forward. More
