Hello Golda David, We sincerely apologize for the series of unfortunate events you experienced. Our sales person was unexpectedly away due to illness, and had prepared everything for your visit. Unfortunately, this led to a miscommunication with our service team, who were not informed about the need for a loaner vehicle. This is not the norm for us, and we are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Please know that we are taking your feedback seriously and are reviewing our procedures to ensure a smoother experience for our customers, even in unforeseen circumstances. We value your trust and would be grateful for the opportunity to rectify this situation. Should you be willing to discuss this further, we would appreciate the chance to make things right. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we hope to restore your faith in our dealership. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Warm regards, The Team at Grande Prairie Volkswagen
