While at a service appointment, we checked out the showroom because we had been considering a 2013 RAV4. We didn't intend to test drive, let alone purchase, but we happened to meet Shawn and did both showroom because we had been considering a 2013 RAV4. We didn't intend to test drive, let alone purchase, but we happened to meet Shawn and did both! Shawn was knowledgable about the differences in models and upgrades available. He made it fun and tailored the experience to what was important to us. In the end, we purchased a 2013 Venza and we love it. It is exactly what we wanted, yet wasn't even something we had considered prior to our visit. The entire process was great with Shawn. He kept us informed along the way and when we went to pick up the car, it was ready to go with all the extras we had purchased as well. We'd recommend Shawn! More
