I had some reservations in purchasing a 2012 Camry from a dealer 700Kms from home. The price was right and after my first call into Toyota-Town and talking with Shawn Longworth for an honest opinion of the dealer 700Kms from home. The price was right and after my first call into Toyota-Town and talking with Shawn Longworth for an honest opinion of the car's condition I put a deposit. A few emails to Adel Al Rayes in administration was all it took to setup a pickup date. Four days from initial call I flew to London and arrived at Toyota-Town at 9:25am. Shawn immediately recognized me from by faxed Drivers License photo and had everything ready including the car and plates mounted Shawn was polite & friendly and took the time to explain add-ons options and the features/knobs/switches of the car before heading back to Ottawa. By 10:00am I drove out of the dealers lot with a very satisfied and enjoyable experience. This was the best no-nonsense, honest courteous auto purchase I have had in 37years. I would buy my next car from Shawn Longworth and Toyota-Town again. Phil More

Walked in one day looked at 2014 Matrix (currently driving Matrix) to see what's new but actually we went to look at the RAV4 which was standing in front of the Matrix. Shawn Longworth approached with a friendly smile. We told him we are there on a fact finding mission and he answered all the questions knowing he might not see us again. After some checking around we went back to see Shawn and took the RAV4 for a test drive and needless to say today we drove back home with a 2014 RAV4, no pressure just honest answers and pleasant experience.
