Corolla Lease - Excellent Experience! My spouse and I have been using one vehicle for the past 1.5 years and due to a recent move had to go back to 2 cars. We had visited KIA, Hyundai, Hon My spouse and I have been using one vehicle for the past 1.5 years and due to a recent move had to go back to 2 cars. We had visited KIA, Hyundai, Honda and finally Toyota where we met Shawn Longworth. Shawn discussed with us what our needs were currently and where we were headed in the future. He was kind, knowledgable and patient! After our meeting with Shawn we knew that the Corolla was the right fit for us and were extremely happy with the customer service provided by Shawn and the price he quoted us. I can say that Shawn was the best car sales representative I have ever dealt with and was always available for questions as it was about a month between our first meeting and when we actually leased. When we bought from Shawn it was a great experience, the pick up was differeint... we waited over an hour and felt rushed. I attempted to get some questions answered after by email but he wasn't interested, I gave a review (10 as requested) and in hindsight regret it. I felt like he was great during the purchase, but afterwards we were holding him up from making more commission. I honestly don't know if we will continue to drive over an hour to shop/service here. More

Search for the perfect SUV I have been shopping on and off for an SUV for years now, so I have met my fair share of sale representative. That being said, Shawn was extremely pre I have been shopping on and off for an SUV for years now, so I have met my fair share of sale representative. That being said, Shawn was extremely present, informative and did not put any sale pressure tactic with me. He explain things in great detail and answered all my questions. He also make himself available to me, even if I just dropped in. It was a pleasure dealing with him, even if I decided not to purchase a Toyota. I would consider buying any vehicle from him no matter what make. More
