That was the ONLY reason I went through with the purchase—so I could claim the $4,000 used EV tax credit using the Time of Sale report. But after the deal was done, I found out they’re not registered with the IRS at all. No one at the dealership took any responsibility, and I was left with zero support and no way to claim the credit. I felt completely misled and betrayed. To make it worse, there's a serious communication gap at this dealership. Important information is not disclosed upfront. No one explains key details unless you specifically know what to ask for—which most buyers won’t. You end up learning the truth only after it’s too late. If you’re considering buying a used car from Westside Lexus, especially an EV—don’t do it. Their lack of transparency and accountability can cost you thousands. Look elsewhere.
