Update, 9/27/23: After posting this review, I finally received meaningful updates about my vehicle. It had a faulty battery they were replacing but after replacement they found a faulty Body Control Module. I was told the part was ordered and they would check in within 3 days. After 4 days I reached out again and then finally received an update on day 5 - the part had arrived, they were installing it, and then they would go forward with delivery. During all of this, I had made it clear to the manager I was working with that I had vanity plates and an existing vehicle registration that needed to transfer to the new vehicle - so delivery needed to occur at my Town hall and I can be there for the registration of the vehicle. I was told explicitly that this would be the case. I verified this because initially they were going to register it without me (I signed paperwork/provided a CC to cover the charges) but I was worried they wouldn't handle the registration transfer part appropriately. The afternoon of being told the part was being installed I received a message indicating that the car was registered, had new plates, and was ready for me to pick up. I could not pick up the vehicle as an out of state purchaser (sales tax implications) and they ignored all registration information. After some back and forth, they agreed to meet me at my Town Hall the next day (Day 14 after purchase). I was told that they would be covering the registration mishap and they even covered the extra cost (~$25) to transfer the vanity plate. I finally had my car after a bunch of issues and things were mostly good - I had planned on updating my reviews to something more positive as long as the the car didn't have any electrical issues remaining from the repairs. However, today, nearly 3 weeks after taking delivery of my vehicle, I was charged for the $680 registration fee that they incurred by incorrectly registering my vehicle. The cost to transfer my old registration would have been along the lines of ~$50. There was no communication or follow up after delivery to indicate they changed their mind, just a random charge on my credit card. Throughout the entire process - communication was terrible, help was nonexistant, and the one "acceptable" action they performed (covering up for their own error) has since been rescinded. I will never work with BMW Sudbury or any of the following managers sales people again: Sean King Vince Souza Michael Walsh Wilson Dowridge
