Our salesperson Tyrie did well. He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. After purchasing the most expensive car that Lexus offers at full sticker price, He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. After purchasing the most expensive car that Lexus offers at full sticker price, the Sales Manager that worked with us, Roman, did not even acknowledge me the next day while we waited for our vehical. He passed me and my wife several times standing in the entry of the dealership. A poorly written email was received two days later from the General Manager. At the end of the email, he asked if there was anything he could help with. I asked three questions that he has, to this day, never responded to. More

It was great to get started with them, but in the end, the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Se the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time. I was happy with my purchase but not the experience. More

I like to wait a few months before I leave reviews, I purchased a 23 GX at the end of November and the process was so simple. Angel and Alex Mejias took good care of me and got me the right deal. Todd wa purchased a 23 GX at the end of November and the process was so simple. Angel and Alex Mejias took good care of me and got me the right deal. Todd was my finance manager and all the paperwork ready to go which made the process so simple. After the delivery process Alex has stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is well with the car. This is my 4th Lexus from North Miami. More

Horrible Experience! ! I'm 84 years old. I've been driving Lexus since 1989. Every 6 years I buy a new LS and an RX. Sean, Gus and Harry are THE Most Unprofessional sal ! I'm 84 years old. This is a big dealership, I doubt all the sales staff are this bad. Do Not have any dealings with Sean Kamal, Gus Arcon or Harry. They are disrespectful, use strong arm tactics and high pressure. Worse customer service ever, at least Ramon Cabrera, that was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked h was very bad. Always taking forever to as see any questions I have… making lots of mistakes on the deal agreed, causing overcharges etc… also asked him inúmeras times for a specific service, he always said yes and ok for my requests ( always with delay), and after 3 hours waits for the service to be done, it was completely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR… definitely worse sales person and costumer service aver… dealer and/or sales person! Very bad experience. Will never refer to anyone! More
