I’ve used this website several times to get a hold of someone. Finally had to call and have to call back tomorrow. Left a rave review regarding my latest lease of my new Hyundai Liked the servi someone. Finally had to call and have to call back tomorrow. Left a rave review regarding my latest lease of my new Hyundai Liked the service so much I referred Finch to my In-Laws where they too leased a vehicle from you guys. I, by suprise, got a pre-loaded credit card in the mail and the literature that came with it says the card will be loaded with $200 once the car is picked up by my In-Laws and I’ll get an email once the card is loaded. Thinking this is awesome because I didn’t expect it. Now it’s been 3-4 weeks since my In-Laws picked up their car and I still have no email saying the card is loaded. Punching in the card info to check balance and it shows my full name and everything but it has a $0 balance on it and the card has never been used. I’ve used AI chat on your website to no avail. Left messages/comments where it said upon completion that someone will get back to me. Finally called today and I was told I’ll have to call tomorrow morning to speak to the woman that handles these things, while I’m at work myself. So it seems I’ve done a lot of waiting and messaging and trying to find out when the card will be loaded, a card that was given to me to show appreciation for business I sent your way. That it and of itself is disturbing as I shouldn’t have to do anything. So tomorrow I yet again get to chase something given to me but is just a fingers lengths away. I had a great experience buying the card and even having the 1st over priced oil change done by you guys in the service department was a good experience but now I’m seconding guessing myself that this great experience I have had has stopped now that Finch has gotten out of me what they wanted. So is the norm?? If not, then how I can I be certain this is just a “one off”? In four years when I return the vehicle I was hoping to finance through Finch for another new vehicle….now I’m wondering if I maybe the experience I have had was just too good to be true since no one seems to want to take the time to get back to me and even after calling you guys I STILL have to call back. ***sent here because their message part on their web site doesn’t want to work and maybe this will get to someone after many attempts to get a hold of someone via their website*** More

Sam is an absolute legend! Patient, caring, kind, funny, knowledgeable, thoughtful. I mean I could go on about how amazing Sam is but I think you get the point. I picked up my 2024 Tucson today. I would like to give a huge shout out to my sales representative Moe Chams. This was my first visit to Finch Hyundai. The Hyundai Palisade was our first brand new car we got. I have never seen such a level of care and professionalism from any other company ever. Kevin Ponce and Sean Fitzpatrick did everything they could for me and even spent their weekend outside of work to assist me with the problems that occurred. Really nice dealership. I've bought 3 cars through this dealership now. Even though they were used cars - the cars and the engine were beautifully cleaned up and running nic I've bought 3 cars through this dealership now. Even though they were used cars - the cars and the engine were beautifully cleaned up and running nice at sale. Hodifa was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and Sean Fitzpatrick is a great guy, and an absolute pro - so it was a real treat to get to work with Sean this round as well. Sean got me a little bit more for my trade in, which definitely helps in the times we're in - and he set me up with 4 free oil changes, which I thought was awesome. All and all, top marks for these pros. I feel like I'm in good hands when I go to this dealership. More
