It’s so apparent that you have no idea what you’re apologizing for or talking about, it’s not just the radio as I have explained. It’s all media, I can’t use my gps, I can’t plug my phone up, I can’t change any of the settings in my car. It randomly shuts on and off, it’s a major distraction while driving, the volume goes up to max and back down. The whole thing is messed up. This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered and you people act like you’ve done nothing wrong. Either you knowingly ripped me off or your service department is too stupid to see the issues before passing and selling the car. You have done nothing to make the situation right other than tell me you are sorry and to contact Subaru, I’m stuck in this thing now for months until it’s fixed. So basically every time I get in this car I’m reminded of how Landers Toyota treats people. My advice to anyone reading this is to stay far away from this dealership, they are dishonest lying cheating car sales.
