I was originally looking for a used v My situation is a bit more unusual than the typical buyer; I'm an American living in Canada with a US trade-in. I was originally looking for a used vehicle and didn't have a good idea of what I wanted beyond 'SUV'. Sara worked with me to show me all the options available, then demonstrated all the incentives for purchasing new vs used, bringing a new car into my budget. I was asked intelligent questions, given tons of emotional and informative support and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or purchase. The staff assisted me with importing my trade in and answered all of my questions and worked with my scheduling and timeline without batting an eye. They were supportive and informative and I feel like I will have a relationship with the dealership for the life of my truck. I've already recommended them to family that may be looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. More
