On the negative side, I’m not trilled with the extra charges (CBB Advantage) the dealer adds on that are just 100% profit for them but not optional for me and of little or no value. My main concern on the sales process is the mandatory "CBB Advantage" package. I know lots of dealers do this kind of tack on "market adjustment" fees, but it would be refreshing to have one decide not "CBB Advantage" package. Except for that, every part of the process was easy, with the sales and finance staff very responsive, cordial, and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to others in the market for a sued car.
