I had a very good experience with Sam Santrisi. I went in to test drive a new car and I was able to leave with that exact car. Sam answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me I went in to test drive a new car and I was able to leave with that exact car. Sam answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I would also like to thank Brad Mancini the from the management department. They definitely know how to take care of their potential customers. From the moment I walked into the door everyone was straight forward with their answer. I can appreciate the honesty. Sam Santrisi and Dave Kerr were excellent to work with. I am very happy so far that I chose to check in to see what Imperial had to offer. Sam and Dave made me comfortable after going through a terribl I am very happy so far that I chose to check in to see what Imperial had to offer. Sam and Dave made me comfortable after going through a terrible experience at another dealership in which the truck I was purchasing was sold while I was in the middle of the paperwork and set to take delivery. I was very frustrated and not willing to go through the process all over again but I was determined so I went looking and found a comparable truck at Imperial. I can not say enough good things about Sam and his patience with my uneasiness and being on edge wrestling with whether or not I wanted to purchase a vehicle given my experience at the other dealership. Dave was also very reassuring and walked me through the finance process, ultimately making me realize I had made the best choice purchasing my new truck at Imperial. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to accommodate me and my initial reluctance to purchase today. My expectations were exceeded and then some. Loyalty is important to me, my last 3 purchases were from the same dealership my family and I had been doing business with for close to 20 years until today and I can now say it is Imperial that will have my business. More

what a nightmare. ...... I have used this dealer in the past and have had no issues, but this last experience will definitely be the last. My family decided that our c ...... I have used this dealer in the past and have had no issues, but this last experience will definitely be the last. My family decided that our current vehicle no longer suited our need and it was time to move into a full size suv, we went in to Imperial because it is local and have bought previous vehicles from them. Upon arrival we were met by a very helpful salesman, Sam who spent a long time showing us every vehicle on the lot and letting us test drive a few. We ended up finding one and purchased and went home with it that day. When we arrived home we discovered the 3rd brake light was out and it is a separate LED unit, not like the usually bulb replacements and contacted the dealer the next day, they had my wife come down and said they would take it right in, 3 hours later the car was done... A couple weeks later we had some hot weather and to our surprise the AC did not work... called again and more if the same made us wait a few days and drop off... We picked the vehicle up and 2 days later the transmission started grinding and almost stalling. I emailed the Salesman, Sales manager and location general manager and zero response.... I decided to go into the location and that's when things really got bad. I met with Brad Mancini not sure what he does there other than act like a big shot, who informed me that he will call me in a few days when they have a dealer plate so I could drop my car off and let "someone who knows what they are doing diagnose the car". It being a safety issue I thought it would be a priority, but it was not. I went back in again and said if you can't get it fixed in a reasonable time maybe we could just trade it back and get a different vehicle there. We spent time going through the lot again with Sam and it was the same vehicles we already saw and test drove and just decided to talk with the service adviser and get the vehicle fixed. At that time Brad once again intervened with his better than all attitude and asked how much I paid, and I said what I thought was the final sale price he insultingly said "pshh no way you paid that for this vehicle, you would have just bought a new one if you could afford that" at that time I was ready to leave and again was berated by Brad Mancini when trying to leave. I stated I didn't feel like he had concern for me or my families safety, he said he was "insulted" and also yelled "what the xxxx would you like me to do?" in front of my 4 year old son. I tried to leave and Brad Mancini stated he is going to record me if I tried to leave and wanted to take me keys...Luckily Sam intervened and was able to get Brad away from me and my family and we came to an agreement to get my vehicle into service to get fixed. The situation was resolved and Brad once again came out with a hand full of keys and threw them at Sam and myself and stated "here is every vehicle on the lot that's with in your price range" and stormed off. Needless to say Brad Mancini is a horrible attribute for your company and ultimately is the reason you lost a customer. More
