I am always greeted warmly by the staff. The waiting rooms are comfortable and have all of the amenities you might need, charging stations, coffee, water, and TV. During the vehicle demonstration of all the features, we had a minor issue with one of the seats and the issue was remedied quickly by the awesome service department. More
