We had such a tremendous experience at Mungenast with Scott (sales) and Jacob (Finance)! It was hands down the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car. Scott was very quick to assist me as well as answer my questions regarding the car specs and differences in trims. His knowledge of the vehicles was evident from the start and I really appreciated him thi questions regarding the car specs and differences in trims. His knowledge of the vehicles was evident from the start and I really appreciated him thinking about my particular needs when deciding between two Honda pilot trims at very different price points. Ultimately he helped me make the decision that was best for my family and he made the process seamless. He even helped make the day of purchasing process easy for my wife and I whilst trying to juggle our son’s nap schedule. Scott is thoughtful and professional through and through. I will seek him out when I purchase my next Honda. More
