Our first contact with Northside Lexus was Rylan Pruitt our sales associate. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly young man. This was our first time in a Lexus dealership and first time our sales associate. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly young man. This was our first time in a Lexus dealership and first time to buy a Lexus vehicle. Rylan answered every one of our many questions (even though it was close to closing). I knew Rylan Pruitt before he went to work for Northside Lexus, and I can say that he is a standup young man. He helped me thru a very fluid and challenging situation as I had put a deposit down on a new R Lexus, and I can say that he is a standup young man. He helped me thru a very fluid and challenging situation as I had put a deposit down on a new RX350 and was then involved in a minor collision with my current car in a parking lot in Huntsville. He was super helpful thru the situation. If I could, I would give Rylan and Northside Lexus 10 Stars. My husband and I have been customers of Northside Lexus for about 18 years and bought several vehicles from Northside. Their sales team and service team have always been top notch. That is why we keep coming back to Northside Lexus when we are looking at purchasing vehicles. More
