We were wanting to upgrade our vehicle and we saw on the Capital GMC in Regina website they had a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir but the photo wasn’t on the site yet so we called them and spoke to Anand the pro Capital GMC in Regina website they had a 2021 Buick Envision Avenir but the photo wasn’t on the site yet so we called them and spoke to Anand the product specialist.He was very helpful and sent us pictures of it. We live an hour away so we said we’d be there the next day. We were greeted by the very friendly staff . Anand showed us the vehicle it was sparkling clean and he told us to take it for a test drive. We knew that was the car we wanted. Anand got all the paperwork together for us. The sales mgr Brittany was very pleasant to talk to, she offered us coffee or water she made us feel welcome. We were also very pleased with the finance mgr Ryan he was very pleasant. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Capital has been a great dealer to do business with during both of my truck purchases in the last two years. The first truck had a fairly pain free negotiation, no high pressure sales tactics and a kno during both of my truck purchases in the last two years. The first truck had a fairly pain free negotiation, no high pressure sales tactics and a knowledgeable advisor not only about capitals available makes and models but also about competing makes and models and the benefits and disadvantages each one has; I was able to get the truck I wanted at a rate and payment that was amenable to both parties (when negotiations seemed to stall my salesman simply asked “where is it you need to be to be comfortable with this purchase” and came back with a number as close as he could reasonably be expected to get to it. Luckily, I was informed for my second purchase that my company had access to preferred pricing, and that there was really no room for negotiation as if the dealer had overcharged me for my vehicle, they would need to return the additional charged as “preferred pricing is only slightly “worse” then the GM employee pricing. More
