We have watched Tom Gill's commercials for years and had built a 2025 Chevy Trax on line. I had gotten quotes from several Chevy dealers close to our home BUT the quote response that I got back from Finance built a 2025 Chevy Trax on line. I had gotten quotes from several Chevy dealers close to our home BUT the quote response that I got back from Finance manager Ryan Meinert had a level of sincerity unlike the other dealers. Tom Gill's Chevy is a 40 mile trip from our home and to get there we pass several closer dealers. As I stated in another online review, the customer -centric atmosphere is genuine. The family toned environment at that dealer is comforting. This was me and my husband's first time engaging Tom Gill Chevy and we were not "pulled" to go there by any family or friends. Our choice was purely based on remembering Tom Gill's commercials with his son and Ryan's sincerity from both his email responses and phone messages. Thank you Ryan, your manager, tech team and the team that cleaned and prepped "Jellybean" for us for embracing us and adding us to the Tom Gill family. More
