Horrible experience! On Friday 3/19/2021, A junior #AAPI salesperson helped us test-drive a 2018 Toyota Highlander at home (using 'LutherDirect' remote car buying service). We requested a purchase agreement salesperson helped us test-drive a 2018 Toyota Highlander at home (using 'LutherDirect' remote car buying service). We requested a purchase agreement 2 hours before closing, but he was told that we would have to wait until Saturday morning because he could not get help from any of the four finance officers on staff. Immediately upon receiving the purchase agreement at 9:30 am Saturday 3/20/2021, we were on our way from the bank with a certified check when we heard back... a different salesperson sold the same car to someone else -- despite us already having the purchase agreement AND the money! To make matters worse, the dealership manager showed absolutely no remorse whatsoever for this salesperson losing the commission and made absolutely no effort to save the sale. His excuse? He was unaware of what was going on on the floor... and because an in-person customer serviced by a more senior sales staff takes priority. No more needs to be said... stay away. More

Was excited to find the exact used Pilot that we wanted here. Test drive was fine, but beyond us asking a bunch of questions and getting what we wanted - Tom was just kind of... there for the sales process here. And then when we had a couple concerns with the vehicle after driving home with it, I reached out and both Tom and his manager Ryan were less than helpful in getting our concerns addressed. It was like once the sale had been made, they couldn't care less if the car we had taken home had any problems or didn't meet our expectations. Love the car. Very disappointed in the experience.
