His friendly, personal, efficient and no pressure interaction with us made our experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about Ram trucks and answered all our questions. Brad McDonald provided us with a price that was fair and he threw in some extras that we were very pleased about and thankful for. Natalia in financing was a breath of fresh air and explained everything about our vehicle pricing, warranties available and was able to answer any questions that we had with regards to future service on our truck. Natalia really knows her stuff and answered all questions we had about our purchase. We also met Ryan in financing who was also very informative. Once we had keys in hand Christina went through the vehicle with us and provided us with all the information we needed to feel comfortable in our new truck. Christina was also very personable and knowledgeable and added to the buying experience. We had no hesitation to buy a used truck at Leduc Chrysler, based on our previous experiences with this dealership and was further reassured at the inspections on this truck, the ability to have extended warranty and of the course the quality and excellent shape of this truck that they had on their lot.
