Good car. Great Service I had visited a few dealerships prior to visiting Zender Ford and each of them shared the same things, nice showroom, lots of cars for sale, and eager I had visited a few dealerships prior to visiting Zender Ford and each of them shared the same things, nice showroom, lots of cars for sale, and eager salesmen. That was until Zender. Right off the bat the atmosphere was more welcoming and friendly with a more relaxed approach to sales, here to help if you need us but we’re not going to follow you around and push you to buy every car. I dealt with Ryan Surbey who quickly found a few options in my price (total cost, not just payments) and what I told him I was looking for (like he actually listened to what I wanted and not just the $$). The approach from sales to finance was so relaxed (if this is the car and the price you want, then great, but if your not sure don’t rush, we can always find you exactly what you are looking for if this isn’t it). I ended up purchasing a great little used car through their finance department that same day. So after the deal is done and the car is purchased I had to wait a couple days before I picked up the car. I had a lot going on seeing as I was getting married and heading on a honeymoon road trip (in the car I just purchased from them). Well I had mentioned this when I left the car with them. When I came back to pick up the car Zender had put brand new tires on the car, not some cheapies they had around, but good tires that are built for the honeymoon road trip and all the other highway driving I do on a daily basis. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up and I couldn’t have been happier with a group that went out of their way for people they didn’t even know a few days before. I’m the future I will definitely be going back to Zender when I need another vehicle. I’m so happy with the way things went and the follow up since the purchase. It’s clear that although they re selling cars they are looking out for their customers best interests too. The next time I need a car I will just let them know exactly what I want and what I want to pay and I’ll just wait for them to call me. More
