I had a great car buying experience and love my "new to me" Cadillac. The previous location made me feel less than welcome, maybe because I was looking at 10 yr old cars, but not here. The car was ready for me, detailed and gassed up before i even got there for the test drive. Tim was organized and ready when i sat with him to do the numbers. Erin & Robyn made sure I didn't leave until everything was perfect with the car. They do their research and what they weren't sure of, they looked into it right away!
