I can't say enough good things about my experience at Dalmar, thanks to Sam and Robert. From my first visit to the moment I picked up my new car, Sam was an absolute legend. Extremely patient, attentive, Dalmar, thanks to Sam and Robert. From my first visit to the moment I picked up my new car, Sam was an absolute legend. Extremely patient, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about VW, Sam took the time to answer every question I had and went above and beyond to help me through the buying process. Even once the car was purchased, Sam has reached out to see how I'm enjoying the car and if there is anything further he can do. A real class act. The same can be said for Robert in Finance, a down to earth fella who explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure the finance package was what I wanted and nothing more. If you visit Dalmar, please speak to Sam, you'll be in good hands. More

The purchase of my vehicle was seamless and very straightforward. I really appreciated the knowledge that Mel had regarding all of the options at VW and the co-operative way in which she worked wit straightforward. I really appreciated the knowledge that Mel had regarding all of the options at VW and the co-operative way in which she worked with the other staff to make sure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. She and VW supported me as I purchased a vehicle independently from start to finish. I could not have chosen a better dealership and sales rep. for the experience. Mel helped me to see this as an opportunity more than a challenge. She was able to work through the pros and cons of pre-owned versus new and financing options versus leasing or a cash sale. Mel was able to help me see not only the advantages of purchasing through VW but she was able to steer me in the right direction as I researched many different cars and options. She saw me first and foremost as a person in need of the ideal vehicle not as a potential customer; I was won over from the start and would return again in a heartbeat! I have left with the ideal vehicle, peace of mind over warranties and service and knowing that I have support in place while learning all about my vehicle and its capabilities. Thank you VW and thank you Mel. More
