We waited a long time for someone in finance to service us. We discovered errors in the financial documents and reworked them which also took additional time. More

Well,the heat only works on the passenger side of the truck barely, the red clips that hold the plugs into the ECM are broke off. There is so much mouse feces under the hood it's descusting, the battery blanket it half gone from the mice chewing on it.I fell in love with the truck, but definitely should have checked it out better before buying. Probably more wrong with it but with heat not working and being cold outside i haven't been driving it much.If you buy from them be sure to check it out, or maybe take to a trusted mechanic. Finally got warm enough to drive it today! Gotta make an appointment to fix the exhaust leak,coolant smell and loss of coolant, and spongy brakes.....so far. More

I’m in Kalispell, Montana and the dealership is in Fargo, North Dakota so we did everything over the phone/text/e-mail pleasure to do business with! However, from the initial inquiry through to the time Robert picked me up at the Fargo Airport (other than the fact that my flight was delayed 3 hours!) the entire transaction went if without a hitch! Everyone I’ve come in contact with at the dealership was courteous and friendly and I believe the deal I got in my new 2023 RAM 2500 was about the the best I’d seen in the entire country - believe me, I shopped around! Anyway I couldn’t be happier and I’ve already referred a family member to Robert and the dealership. Thanks! More
