I first stopped by to look at the VW Taos on May 23, but I didn’t have time to drive it. I went back on May 30 to drive it & we agreed on a price & I put money down to hold the vehicle. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they found one in the early part of June. They drove quite a ways to bring back the vehicle & I picked it up on June 6. The sales manager & finance manager were great to work with on this purchase. I recommend Dean Team Volkswagen in Ballwin highly. We will be going back there when my wife needs a vehicle. More

We were not even sure we were going to make a purchase from Dean Team, but with the information, comps (we drove at other dealer ships as well and did a lot of research) and Lucis help, we purchased from Dean Team. If she did not know an answer to a question, she was on top of it and got us an answer. This lady worked hard. Every box of our "wants" were "checked". And then it was not a Subaru but a VW Tiguan SLE we purchased. We love this car and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and knowledgeable. AND thank you Dean team transporter for getting up at 4:30 AM to drive our car back from another state ... appreciate everyone's time...hard to part with my Jeep, but extremely happy! More

Dean Team Ballwin has the least ick vibes of any dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home. I may show up again today just to h dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home. I may show up again today just to hang out. That’s how easy and enjoyable the transaction was - not smarmy and a big dang hassle like most other dealerships. Thanks for setting my daughter up with a great used car that will get her through her next phase in life. Shout outs to VW salesman Chris and VW Manager Richard and Drew (didn’t work directly with him - he was just fun to have around). Love you guys and see you the next time a need arises! More
